Whilst my formal education and professions have honed my knowledge on the subject of health, the 6+ years of working in the health sector alone did not lead me to where I am today. During my time as a teacher and personal trainer, I found myself consistently skeptical of how impactful these health professions were and curious of the potential to do more good.

This led to…

1) My obsession for better understanding and applying different strategies, technology and behavioural changes to support human health

2) Meeting other highly-driven individuals working on a diverse set of projects with a common goal of doing as much good as possible

Working within a non-profit organisation, I developed a greater understanding of the unique health needs and motivation of those who are highly-dedicated to making progress on a cause greater than themselves. 

Now as the health optimiser, I pull together my knowledge in health, research-driven mindset and recent experience with high impact individuals to support those who are interested to improve their health to increase their productivity and health-span. 

Whilst I spend a lot of my time stuck into new studies to have up to date informed opinions about eat, move and sleep interventions, I also promise intellectual humility.
